Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Inventoryonline Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13168125), whose registered office is Molehill Barn, Mole Hill Green, Felsted, Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3JR ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or the servers behind it, or using it in any way that is unlawful or could damage or impair the site or anyone else's use of it.

3. Our services

We provide inventory, schedule of condition and related property services. Any prices, availability or turnaround times shown on the site are indicative and do not form a binding offer. A booking or instruction is accepted only once we confirm it. The scope, fees and arrangements for a particular job are those we confirm with you for that job.

4. Bookings and cancellations

Where you request a booking through the site, we will contact you to confirm the appointment and details. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please tell us as soon as possible; cancellation or abortive-visit charges may apply where we have set aside time or attended, as notified to you at the time of booking.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, layout and our name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you must not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site commercially without our permission.

6. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and the guidance we provide (for example on tenancy deposits or common causes of dispute) is general information, not legal advice. You should take your own professional advice before acting on it.

7. Links to other websites

Where this site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent by post to our registered office above, or by email to info@inventoryonline.uk.
