2. The data we collect
- Enquiry and booking data: the name, contact details, property address and message you give us when you contact us or request a booking.
- Usage data: basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and general device and browser information, collected to keep the site working and secure.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful bases
- to respond to your enquiry and arrange and provide the services you ask for (lawful basis: taking steps at your request before, and performing, a contract);
- to run, secure and improve our website (lawful basis: our legitimate interests in a safe, working site); and
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers who help us run the website and deliver our services (such as hosting and email providers) under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to deal with your request and to provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and audit requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to erase your data, or restrict how we use it, in certain circumstances;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and

This website uses only the cookies and similar storage needed for it to work. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
